My apologies for not writing back sooner to your request for input!

I *won't* be able to do the Structure subgroup meetings on

   - *no: *January 30
   - *no: *February 13

If something could be swapped, I can probably move one of those to February
27. Otherwise, I think we can skip those two in favor of async work given
where we will be in the process.
