Regarding the COGA Structure Subgroup, Roy, Lisa, Tiffany and I met today
to check on our progress with the prototypes user testing. We are making
good progress.
The timeline for the remaining work before using testing is as follows:
1. *Between now and Tuesday, August 13, Roy* will continue to update as
much of the formatting as he is able to based on the prioritization
indicated in the change request document.
- All of the formatting of headers, including heading level, margins,
and padding, will *not *be in place because this will have to be
updated after we finishing adding the content needed for the prototype.
2. *Between Wednesday August, 14 and Friday, August 16, Lisa and
Rain *(and anyone else who wants to help) will add in the content that
we wanted to make sure is included in the prototype for testing.
- Lisa, Rain, and any other individuals who wish to help will have a
working meeting at 10am ET on Thursday, August 15, as well. I'll send a
reminder for this next week.
- Following content updates, Rain will prepare a list of formatting
notes for Roy, prioritized so that Roy knows which ones to do
first in case
he cannot do them all.
3. *Monday August 19 and Tuesday August 20, Roy *will add in the
final semantic and formatting adjustments to the headers to ensure we have
proper semantic structure and visual chunking. This will ensure that they
are in place in time for user testing.
We are really close to being able to test our new structure! A huge thank
you to Roy for the work on the prototype.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
