Voluntary doesn’t mean compensated or not. It just means not required. I saw the “voluntary” part. I am a TF member, and a user researcher. I don’t think adding a sentence stating that no compensation will be provided is substantial. It’s a minor, yet important, editorial change. Especially important when dealing with the COGA community. Don’t ewe espouse “clear language”? voluntary has no association with compensation, and any person familiar with user research, especially persons with disabilities, is likely expecting to be compensated.
