Summary + minutes for Clear Language/Internationalization September 28th meeting

*Summary:*

   - *Aligned on 5 languages to propose for initial testing for WCAG 3
   Clear Language guidelines*
      - Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), English, Hindi, Russian
      - Our logic for this set of 5 languages:
         - We used the United Nations' 6 official languages as our starting
         point.
         - We removed French and Spanish because they are so similar to
         English.
         - We added Hindi because it is the most commonly spoken language
         that is not one of the 6 official United Nations languages.

         - *Aligned on outreach plan to get "buy in" from W3C's
   internationalization team *
      - Julie will update the internationalization proposal deck

      with the set of 5 languages that we aligned on today.
      - Julie will work with Lisa and Rachael to schedule a joint meeting
      with the W3C's Internationalization team and COGA's Clear Language and
      Internationalization subteams.

      - *Aligned on plan to review WCAG 3 exploratory guidelines for
   October 3rd AG meetings*
      - Due to time constraints, we will prioritize the three exploratory
      guidelines

      that are most relevant to COGA and, within those guidelines, prioritize
