Hello Lisa,

Regrets for this Monday, October 9 (work conflict).

I believe I've seen a large number of other regrets in prior emails, likely
because Monday is a holiday in the US.

Quick update for *two of the subgroups: Images and Structure*

   - *Images*
      - We met this Friday, October 6, to transfer leadership of the group
      and all files from Jennie to John K and Rain (me)
      - John K and I should be able to establish a new update with a plan
      and timeline by the end of next week
      - *If no one has claimed the October 12 subgroup timeslot, I'd be
      happy to claim this for images!*
      - Jan has written a draft to recruit for additional image creators,
      which I need to respond to (and will do so early next week)
      - Additional individuals volunteered to join the group during our
      subgroup meeting last week.
   - *Structure*
      - We are building a prototype of the new proposed structure (hoping
      to complete in early November) and preparing to do some user testing
      - The plan is to do user testing with both the current structure, and
      the new proposed structure, which will give us a sense of anything in the
      current structure that we might not want to preserve, and also give us a
      sense of what is and isn't successful in the new proposed structure
