update research as a subgroup ?

Hi Folks
I was wondering if we should update the research module as a subgroup,
where we all take some papers together. That way it is less
responsibility on any one volunteer. It would also help us get a good mix
of disability names and function needs as search terms.
We may also want to restructure to enable focusing on functional needs even
at the research stage.
