Clear Language update on working draft

Hi, folks, a few updates on our working draft
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JKJ32DK_A82ahsQ_k0RVPc-ZYpX5uuKtuGOLdo2OqyY/edit#>
:

   - *Emojis and text formatting:* Per Lisa's request, I moved these
   outcomes out of our working draft and into Suggestions for the next
   version of Making Content Usable
   <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CeqiSy3tVDoeBzCG8LpkyFT1fvugGk86JuT6NvfSiAA/edit#>
   .
   - *Screen reader questions:* Aaron added a couple margin comments asking
   how pop-up glossary and other possible methods might affect screen readers.
   I preserved these comments so we can discuss later as a group, but I don't
   think we need to resolve them before sending out a survey for directional
   feedback on our working draft.
   - *User needs: *I preserved Aaron's margin comments suggesting ways to
   tighten up the wording of the user needs, which come from Making Content
   Usable. Lisa and others will want to weigh in. But we can discuss these
   rewording suggestions after we get directional feedback on our working
   draft.

*Next steps:*
Jeanne and Rachael will send out a survey requesting directional feedback
on our working draft.

I don't know how soon Rachael wants to send out the survey, but please let
us know if you have any major concerns about the working draft *by end of
day Tuesday, May 30th*.

Thanks, and have a good weekend,
Julie
