Changes to subgroup

Hi Folks

Yesterday we decided to change the subgroup format to 8 week sprints.
We will try and divide the tasks into items that we think we can do within
8 week. That will help us focus on the current  task and make it more
manageable. Also different people can be involved for each sprint, making
it easier to participate in task that interest you  when you have the
time..
Subgroups will also report back after 4 weeks and 6 weeks.

 To help us get started I added a column to the the subgroups action table

Please can each subgroup leader put in :

   - what of the current KPI's are done.
   - what we expect to have done in the next 4 weeks
   - what items from the current KPIs need to be pushed off to the next
   sprint, and will be done in the next 4 weeks.
