Hello, I think there is confusion about the time because some countries just had timezone changes and others haven't changed yet.

4pm (16:00) UK and 6pm (18:00) Israel is currently 12pm Eastern Time

In the calendar the time has changed to 12:00 Eastern time do to daylight savings. If the meeting is still at 11am I will not be able to make it because I now have meeting booked during that hour.
