[Action requested] Jan 19th Meeting - Structure Review For Content Useable

Hi everyone,

I am not sure if this meeting was cancelled due to the Monday meeting being
cancelled but as it was only Shawn and I from the subgroup in the meeting
today, we decided to adorn early. Talita attended with me to share the
research plan for the qualitative interviews, but with low attendance, we
did not review the materials with Shawn.

*I would like to ask if we can review the card sort and
qualitative interviews prior to the meeting on Monday Jan 23rd in order to
answer any questions about the results and upcoming research. *

The goal would be to answer any questions on these documents. We are trying
to get the research done, analysed and into the designs before the
March deadline so I don't want to delay this discussion until the next time
structure review is held (Thursday, February 16, 2023).

   - A survey

was conducted on content usable which outlined where users may be having
pain points when utilizing this documentation. A follow up study is being
planned and conducted in the next month or so to follow up on wayfinding,
content structure and aspects that users may feel is missing to understand
the content. We want to ensure we have feedback prior to launching the
study so we are all aligned on what information we will get back from this
   study.
   - Please review, leave comments.

   - Research was conducted to evaluate what categories users thought they
could find each objective. There were some objectives and categories in
which they had the highest agreement from users, but others objectives were
split more closely between two categories.
   - Please review, leave comments, especially for the *'objectives that
   were split*' section.

Thank you!
Kiki
