COGA TF - *no* structure subgroup meeting today

Hello COGA Task Force,

I'm cancelling today's COGA structure subgroup because of conflicts
with core work at the moment.

In order to complete the redesign proposal before the end of the year, I
will send out an update by EOD tomorrow (Friday) with about 2-3 different
timeslots when we can work together between now and the end of the year.
