I am also hoping to be at ICCHP -AAATE Conference 2022 in Lecco this year and should be chairing an AAC Special Thematic Session if all goes to plan.   It would be great to meet up.

Hopefully I will be there for most of the main event days other than Friday when I need to head home.

It is an interdisciplinary  network which will enhance social inclusion and empowerment of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual Disability (ID). The idea is mainly to aid networking and sharing resources among researchers .

It can also supply funding for:

  *   members and or young researchers (under age 40) to help network, such as attending meetings etc
  *   small collaborations travel expences.
I spoke to the Chair on Monday and you are all invited to join.
If we want to hold a face to face meeting, we can probably merge it with network meeting which could cover some travel expenses.
