I flagged an issue in my initial comments on Aug 15 that is still a problem in the updated version. The second-to-last question (below) suggests the user will be asked more questions if they answer yes. But nothing happens if they answer yes, so what is the point of asking this question? I think we either need to resolve this issue or cut this question: "Lastly, we are seeking a diverse group of survey takers to help us understand how well Making Content Usable <https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/> meets a broad range of needs. To help us reach this goal, will you answer a few more questions about yourself?"
