Thanks Lisa, for sharing this updated version
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1-VdpaYq0qLk0bZYryimWb-VL_tlklX-D1Uvtd2btzrw/edit>
.
I was thinking as the introduction section is quite long can we create an
additional section that contains content from these 4 headings
· *Survey length*
· *Participation is voluntary*
· *About your personal information and*
· *Agreement to participate*
and show the section conditionally when user *choose yes or no option* that
opens the section about details of the survey (the 4 headings)
In the main introduction section *after heading "Purpose of this survey"*
we can show it something like this.
Participation in this survey is anonymous and voluntary.
[ Yes and no radio buttons] *Do you want to know more details
about survey and participation information? *[The wordings may be changed
to more suitable one]
* If the No option is chosen, the user will go directly to the
section that contains the form.*
So, the user, if he wishes, will not be bound to read all this
information and can jump directly to the form and it will also reduce
scrolling a bit.
Best regards,
Rashmi
