any way we can get  Visble controls into WCAG 2.2

We are meeting with Mike Gower to discuss/ brainstorm if there is anyway to
keep Visible controls Success criteria in WCAG 2.2


Please review and think of ideas, such as ways to reduce the scope etc so
it could get though.
