[action requested] COGA feedback on EOWG stories

Hello COGA task force,

The EOWG is still preparing the survey they told us was coming, so the
deadline for feedback is likely to change. I will update us when we have
the actual deadline.

For now, I've created this Google doc for EOWG feedback

It links to the draft they've created so that you can start reviewing while
waiting for the surveys.
