Important COGA review request for early January: "How People With Disabilities Use the Web"

Hi, folks. At yesterday's COGA TF meeting, we talked about an urgent need
for COGA to do a thorough review of an important EOWG resource by early
January. As you'll see in this internal COGA review google doc,

I have a lot of concerns about the current structure and wording.

   The Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG) is doing a “last look”
   review of several parts of “How People with Disabilities Use the Web

   EOWG created a survey
