Question for COGA about plain language summaries approach

Hello,

If you have not seen it yet, the silver first public working draft is at

We (the editors) have a question for you (the COGA Taskforce):

We have created plain language summaries for each section. The repetition
of content seems to be causing confusion for some people even though we've
marked it as separate sections. We are continuing to work on improving the
styling and heading structure but expect confusion to continue.

*Is it better to leave these simplified, plain language summaries in the
document or pull them out into a separate document that we link to one
time?*
