decision to make two versions

Hi Folks

In the last meeting in England, we agreed to aim to make two versions of
content useable.
1 official version with all the information in it (what we are working on
now)
2. an interactive version that is easier to navigate

Because it has been a long time since that meeting, I thought we should
just check that we all are in agreement with this aim. We have a few mock
ups of what the interactive version should look like, but we can
address that after the official version is published.
