For information Google have announced 3 new quality metrics that indicate user experience. https://blog.chromium.org/2020/05/introducing-web-vitals-essential-metrics.html Of these Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) measure how much the layout moves/changes on initial display. https://web.dev/cls/ This appears on first sight to be particularly relevant to coga and some of the design patterns. The others will also impact user stress and frustration to some extent. Steve
