CFC: to publish the new iteration draft of content usable (action required within 48 hours)

Hi Folks



On last weeks call agreed on the call to publish the new draft of content useable.



 You can see the draft at: https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/pre-csun-2020/content-usable/index.html#user_needs. We still have some small editorial items to do - see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Z52phGcYg1oG1kVWxPZJqKom-Zg6bZJcOhEBBhet_yg/edit# and then we will  do the process move it to the TR sub-directory. It will update the draft at  https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/ which is out of date.



Note that we will make another draft in about 3 month with more changes and improvements. We know we have not yet finished.



Action: If  you agree with this decision you can write back  "+1" .   If  you agree with this decision you can write back and say why you object . You can object until 10.30 am boston time 04/03/2020.

Not writing back will be seen as agreement
