Action Requested: Content Usable Final Wordsmithing Meeting

Hello,

We are continuing to work towards language to frame the Content Usable
document that reflects the concerns and goals of APA, AG, and COGA.
Rather than continue to pass the document back and forth between meetings,
we are going to set up a 2-hour meeting that works for everyone who has an
interest in crafting this language. We would like to ensure that everyone
is able to attend so that the resulting language can be a final agreement
before moving to the CFC for wide review in APA and AG.

If you want to receive an invitation, please add your name to the Content
Usable Language Meeting Google Doc
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1c1tJFXxdKzfg96tMcGjpEonHjtll_nRlXiavLjAFPPE/edit?usp=sharing>
or
email me directly. There are two lists on the document: Must Attend and
Would Like to Attend:

   - *Must Attend: * If you feel strongly about this topic and/or have been
participating in wordsmithing in other meetings or email conversations,
please add your name to Must Attend. This is particularly important if
you would object to moving to wide review in the event you have concerns
with the wording that results from the meeting. You will receive a doodle
poll of potential times to meet before receiving an invitation so we can
   schedule the meeting.
   - *Would Like to Attend:* If you would like to attend if it fits your
schedule but you can live with whatever decision the group decides if you
are unable to make the meeting, please add your name to Would Like to
Attend. You will only receive an invitation to the meeting.

I will send out proposed language to participants for consideration before
the meeting. Thank you for your help with this.

Best regards,

Rachael
