issue 68 on math

Hi Folks.

we should answer an issue on Math and Stem (https://github.com/w3c/coga/issues/68)

She wants us to do more on how to help people learn and understand math, graphs and other subjects.



We could say, we have addressed it to some extent. For example, synchronized speech and highlighting has been shown to help comprehension of formula. However this is a bit out of scope, as we are not trying to help education. 



Is this something we would want to address in version 2?
