Hi Folks
Please find attached a suggested  mock up for how we think coga
guidance pages should look (please forgive my lack of paint skills)

Please comment today and tomorrow so we can send it to Shardi.

Key points


   - Changed the name at the top
   - added to top menu : all coga objectives,
   - added to top box  all coga guidance
   - added to the main page the Objective
   - on the left in box related resources with
      -  scenarios/persona
      - user stories
      - related patterns
      - testing the objective
      - related wcag guideline
   - changed example subheadings
   - added space for icons
