Setting aside a day to get things done

Hi Folks

We are late in publishing a next version! COuld we set a day next week for
a full day meeting?

I have made a poll

see when most people can make it.
To handel time zones it could be from about mid day in the UK  until 4 pm
EST or 9 pm in the UK.
People can come in the hours they could make it.
(Note that it is ok to miss an hour or two if you have some conflicts)
