Hi everyone,

We had a long discussion about ‘set of web pages’ today:

https://www.w3.org/2020/12/01-ag-minutes.html#item03

Triggered by this issue:

https://github.com/w3c/wcag/issues/1367

We discussed a couple of directions we could go:

   1. Update the SC text to be more like Consistent Navigation, so **if**
the help mechanism is there it should be in a consistent location.

   2. Provide more examples & guidance for assessing when a page is a part
of a set of web pages.

In the meeting we seemed to be leaning towards 2, because changing the SC
appears to leave a gap.

However, we need someone (or someones) to tackle the examples for option 2.
I think it would be an extra paragraph or list under “and is actively
supported.”

If not, we would need to fall back to text more like Consistent Navigation,
or defer to Silver.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
