process for glossary terms

Hi folks

1. Someone will mark what terms we are working on in the https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lWTTYjzoCDx6goBCMH7pI72nsuIGu35JDu1hYGlyCwY/edit#gid=0 as "being worked on" (possibly me tonight)
2. we all have a week to contribute. 

3. Please source your contributions, Ideally they should be based on somewhere like the who, but simplified so that it is now yours. When there is a conflict between US definition and other locations -  we will go with the US definition (unfortunately)

3.  Jenny compiles the finished glossary Wenersday

4. we review Thursday
