addressing open issues

Hi Folks

We need to address any feedback and open issues

How about the following steps:

Someone takes an initial pass to identify what issues need a  standard/quick response (such as:  thank you, we have tried to address this in our new draft, let us know if there are still issues etc...) and what needs more work

We make a small subgroup, where each member drafts responses for a few issues in a google doc. 

The subgroup reviews the responses on a call

Once the subgroup is happy with the responses, or have identified larger issues, we send them to the COGA list and finalize on the weekly Thursday call
