Hi, Today on the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group call they were discussing the proposed success criteria for “Do not rely on user memory.” One member asked if there was research behind the phrase “Mental fatigue impairs the human ability to learn....creates insurmountable barriers to users, regardless of cognitive ability.” Is there one or two particular studies the COGA task force would like to send to back up this statement in support of this SC?
