Hello, There are two actions that we discussed on the call and ask everyone do this week: 1. Essential Controls, one of the COGA SC put forward for 2.2, is up for its second week of review this upcoming Tuesday. Please review this and provide comments using the survey at: - https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/essential-controls/ After gathering feedback from everyone in the AG and COGA meeting, collecting a few more examples, and then following up with Alastair today, I am not sure that we are going to be able to meet the original intentions of this SC within the current WCAG framework. My personal recommendation is take a 2 part approach: move the original intent of this SC information into the Silver framework and focus on strengthening related support for personalization in WCAG 2.2. If we took that approach, the wording on the proposed SC would become something like: The importance of main navigation, controls that progress or complete a process, and safety-related information can be pragmatically determined. We would then work within Silver to ensure that visibly highlighting important information becomes a criteria. That is my opinion however and I encourage you all to weigh in using the survey. 2. Lisa has pulled together user stories from the gap analysis and content usable documents. Please review the complete user story list <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xmmQkuZLEG014zDRVkgr3QLyINb7BNvWxqL7POn6Ei8/edit#heading=h.eqt2ockmus87>and add any user stories that are missing. Thank you all. Rachael -- Rachael Montgomery, PhD Director, Accessible Community rachael@accessiblecommunity.org "I will paint this day with laughter; I will frame this night in song." - Og Mandino
