WCAG2.2 SC Acceptance Requirements

Thanks for these changes. They are helpful.

Specifically "or link to an example".

Care must be taken with links to a 3rd party resource. They cannot be 
used in the SC itself as the resource is likely to change or disappear. 
There is also a small risk of the link content changing between being 
submitted and being reviewed.
