Adding the glossary to Steves pages

Can we add popup glossary definitions to any terms used in Steves pages ?

We are collecting tems at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1poEoQjuWdAfWM3aOGPCwJRx7EvBsAtQ_99sGyS9Jlgc/edit . If we tag terms needed for the pages we can also start making the definitions for them.
