Hello,
The sub group (Steve, Jamie, EA, Jennie) met today to discuss restructuring user experience 3.1 to clarify differences between the average user’s experience/challenge with passwords, and issues faced by many with cognitive disabilities (action 309). The group had an excellent conversation, and was able to determine some more refined vocabulary, use cases, and ideas about how best to present the information.
Next steps: each sub group member selected a task for updating the information in the gap analysis based on the conversation. Jamie will not make the COGA meeting on Thursday but says he will have his task completed Thursday afternoon. Other sub group members can report on progress at next COGA meeting.
