RE: The Cognitive Accessibility Task Force Teleconference -Thursday 12th December 2019

Regrets, I am working onsite with a client and won’t be available.

If WCAG 2.2. is discussed – I have added a comment to the proposal to change the Visual indicators proposed SCs doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WhZAbswvPHs7A3stfqM_ATsaBHPeGbHtARcmaKMck1U/edit#heading=h.tfnzu9x74fl4> on the proposal that this should be to support browser extensions that allow a visual indicator to be added. My concerns are that many of the issues with lack of affordances are on touch screens and mobile where hover/focus can’t be used. I hope to attend the AG meeting next Tuesday where this is due to be discussed so it would be useful to have wider input from the COGA group on whether we want to pursue the original concept.
