reminder to check the design requirements

Hi Folks We need to approve the design requirements  Can you look at  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WcfVALVq8PS9CLXUuAfV9Op0wXvI2yJYedj5jO23GTk/edit?usp=sharing and check if you have any outstanding problems to block it's publication.  We will need to remove names, remove voting boxes, remove empty subsections, so don't worry about that.
