Re: Glenda's contribution for feedback

Hi Folks I was looking at Glenda's contribution and I was wondering if we should also  add that a process is in place for acting on any feedback from people with cognitive disabilities and how to handle that! This could include: Training and awearnes of staff handling the feedback, prioritization of feedback that has made the content unusable for anyone (they may not identify their disability) Should this be an extra section in the main usable doc?
