Documentation formats

Have we looked at the w3c internationalisation developer guidelines?Richard
Ishida just showed them and they have and expand / collapse mechanism.
Perhaps useful as another example.

In addition their w3c pages appear to use the github apis to provide
filtered and up to date content.
