nOverlay & other browser tools

Hi everyone,

It's a typical "I came across this and thought of you" link:

Not that everyone would need/use it, but might be interested in a digital version of the screen-overlay people use for tinting white backgrounds.

This might be old news, but do we (know of) a list of these types of user-agent tools anywhere for COGA folk? I'd like to be better armed with answers when asked!
