Re:Attempt 2: draft of "Chunk Text Content" COGA design requirment

Thanks Glenda. it looks much better

I added comments online. Two main points that we all need to remember.

1. Use simple clear text. The aim is that as many peoples can understand and it is clear what to do. The content needs to be as clear as we can.

2. If you are adding new reaserch we really need to be very clear that we agree on the source. Injecting new reaserch into an requirment type content or details should probably get it's own email to put it informant of everyone. This is becuse:
 a.  there is a lot of bad reaserch and fads out there  and ;
b. Useability reasech normally does not include a lot of people with cognative disabilities. A lot of the stuff is great but often the numbers and thresholds are not reliavent for our audiences.
All the best

Howdy COGA TF,

I've made a 2nd attempt to draft the "Chunk Text Content" design requirement.

I'd love to hear your feedback.

See the latest version of "Chunk Text Content" here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WcfVALVq8PS9CLXUuAfV9Op0wXvI2yJYedj5jO23GTk/edit#

I really value all y'alls feedback. Being brand new to this TF, I have tons and tons to learn!

Peace, Love and A11Y,
