Hi Folks on the subgroup yesterday we worked on one of the items to make a format that we liked (as an example). If anyone does not like the form , now would be a good time to say so... this is what we have 1. Make the purpose of your page clear through: A clear title or heading that summarizes the purpose of a page, or Breadcrumbs that clarify what you are doing, or Other clear signposts that have been tested by users with cognitive disabilities. This benefits many people including people with a weak memory or anyone who is easily distracted. This includes people with age appropriate forgetfulness, or ADD. For example, someone with mild dementia is using online shopping. They get distracted and then when they look at the screen again they have forgotten what they were doing. Put a clear heading at the top of each page that seas clearly what the page is and what they are doing. Always use breadcrumbs in tasks with a few steps. Breadcrumbs should include, steps completed, current step and steps pending. Add picture -success heading Add picture -success breadcrums All the best Lisa Seeman LinkedIn, Twitter
