The Cognitive Accessibility Task Force Teleconference (5th October 2017) - Working call this week for the WCAG techniques .

Hi Folks

This week I can not make the call (It is Succot).
In place of our normal call people have asked for a working call were we can all work on the WCAG techniques proposals and help each other get them done.

The techniques document draft is at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YiknHDDDdKBdwVTEpxwUpyCaQL_tnpp9CfDlFjCq16E/edit?usp=sharing

Quick reminder: we are trying to make supporting techniques along the lines of what you see in https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG-TECHS/ , so we should be using the same type of wording etc.
Also look at the issue and the understanding document to understand the SC and see the ideas for techniques
