Hi all, As you know, font accessibility is a complicated issue, and different fonts work for different people, especially people with low vision and cognitive disabilities. In redesigning the WAI website, W3C WAI wants to use a default font that is as broadly accessible and readable as possible and is available in many scripts (languages). We are currently planning to use Noto Sans as the default font. A key factor is a *sans serif font with distinction between similar letters* such as lowercase l (L) and uppercase I (i). An example of Noto Sans is at: <http://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-design/blob/master/font-check.html> *Please note* that that page is an incomplete, rough mock-up just to show the font with some context. The layout, design, coding, text, etc. of that page may not work in some configurations, and it certainly is not at all finalized nor polished. If you have accessibility concerns with that font, or a strong suggestion for a much better font for broad accessibility and internationalization (and visual aesthetics), please comment *by Tuesday 14 March* ideally on GitHub issue 52 <https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-design/issues/52> otherwise by e-mail to <public-wai-eo-site@w3.org> Feel free to "+1 Noto Sans" in the GitHub issue if that font works sufficiently well from your perspective.
