wording call for help success criteria

Hi folks

We are having an extra call on the  wording for  "help" (was "provide support")

It will start 2 hours before the normal coga call  at:
5 pm Israel time, 
3 pm in the UK or, 
10 am EST



Unless anyone objects this will be a skype call. May handler is lisaseeman, please let me know if you want to join by email, skype or on the coga IRC channel.
