Hi Lisa,

The Accessible Authentication SC (# 23)<https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/issues/23> is missing content.

Specifically, it does not contain the following sections:

  1.  SC Text
  2.  What Principle and Guideline the SC falls within

# 1 may simply be missing the section title "SC Text".
However, there is no information included for # 2.

How shall we proceed to fix these issues?
