Lisa Seeman assigned these to me this week, but I have not had a chance to
get started on them yet because I have been traveling for business.  I sent
her an email about the management process and have some materials to review
about what I am supposed to do.  If you have any process materials that you
can point me to, that would be helpful.  I am going to try to get up to
speed on this over the weekend.
