Hi Lisa, On the call today, you asked for feedback on how to make your survey Understanding sections for WCAG 2.1<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/67703/understanding/> easier to use. A good way, I think, is the way the Low Vision Task Force is doing the same thing. It has questions that can be checked as responses, as well as a "Comments" box for open-ended feedback, as your survey (link above) does.
