survey on the understanding sections for tomorrows call

Hi Folks

to help the call tomorrow I made a survey to help us gather the comments on the understanding sections for the coga SC.

We need these sections to answer the questions people have on the success criteria, such as "why is it important?"  "What do I need to do to fulfill it?" 
"what dont i need to do?"
