That's the approach I took but does require using github. It does allow review comments in the PR. Otherwise a shared doc containing the table could work. Oh I just though, github has added Kanbans under projects. They could be usefuk by using columns and adding a tile for each SC which we move to the right ad they progress. Wed still need to track review comments on list. I prefer PRs ad I'm used to them and discussion can be seen with the changes.
