That's the approach I took but does require using github. It does allow review comments in the PR. Otherwise a shared doc containing the table could work. 


Oh I just though, github has added Kanbans under projects. They could be usefuk by using columns and adding a tile for each SC which we move to the right ad they progress. Wed still need to track review comments on list. 


I prefer PRs ad I'm used to them and discussion can be seen with the changes. However there is a learning curve if not familiar with

We could also create a branch off the Github repo and only merge to master if the SC meets review approval. This is a common way of working on Github but this may be difficult if not everyone is comfortable with GIT.
