Does it take a long time to set up the code for a Thursday meeting?If it does I suggest we have an informal, unofficial  meeting for to work on the success criteria and comments using an IBM conference call number.

  I only scheduled Thursday meetings for October, so would have to set up a new code if you decide to meet next Thursday.
 I suggest you go a week and a half until the next meeting and resume on Monday 7 November, using the normal code for the Monday meetings.
