 Silence will be interpreted as support, though +1  messages of support are certainly welcome. 




If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this  proposal, please respond no later  than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, Monday the 24th of October. 


Unless anyone objects small editorial changes will be done without an new CFC.
